i was assigned helping out at the registration with 3 other ppl. there were some prob wif the name tags. then we went 4 amazing race around parts of sg to other presbyterian churches. ran lyk mad. luckily zhe hao came. cos he somehow knew all the locations of the churches. plus he runs at the speed of lightning, w/o looking at all tired! the stations ah.. quite fun. one of which we have to look 4 3 strangers to take pics wif: malay, indian n chinese. yi sin completed tt in 5 mins. another one we had to go to a passerby n tell him/her tt we came frm the national health dunno wat. n tt we r here to inform them tt the psi of the day is 50. the 1st passerby was kinda scared cos a grp of us just suddenly ran up to her. haha.. veri funny. she clutched on her bag n said "i no money. im gg to the bank now." ok.. i tink she either tinks tt we're gg to ask 4 donations or rob her. the 2nd person listened n asked "then?" min hai said "er.. take care of urself n drink more water." n he replied "thank you!" haha. after the last station we ran to catch the bus 170. veri slow bus. a couple of buses tt goes to church passed us. whoa.. tt time ah. heart attack. kip looking in each bus to check 4 red ppl. (we were wearing the red camp shirt) luckily.. we were 1st! so we became the guinea pigs 4 the last station in church. which is the sliding-on-the-soapy-ground station. after dinner we had night walk where we were blindfolded n led around the church. super easy. cos can c abit of the ground. but the walk was super long so i closed my eyes. oso super easy cos i grew up in tt church. the grp leaders of other grps came to disturb us n made us do duck walks. n halfway thru my big bro came to disturb me even though he's not a camper. ............ tried to hit him back but failed cos i was blindfolded. not bcos i missed hor. our grp got last 4 the night walk. the camp comm slept at 12am+++ cos of the meeting. day 2. kidnap.4got to intro my grp members. min hai(grp leader), yi sin, grace(prog ic), xuemin(pub ic), n 3 p6s: nigel(super cute), zhihao, joey(super quiet) n of cos.. the 2 p6s boys were super noisy. but veri cute. during the night walk they kip saying things lyk 'lame la' or 'not scary one'. (which caused our grp to lose alot of pts) but i tink they were actually scared. anw, the sermons dun really apply to me at this period of time except the sermon of temptation. hee.. we got 1st again 4 station games. guess its cos grace told us tt the team spirit veri impt. so we cheered lyk mad 4 each other. veri veri veri fun. loved wan jie's station the most. its where we had to pick up cards n follow the instructions on it. my grp ah.. veri high. then nigel fell n hurt his butt. cried a little but when the teacher of our grp asked if he cried, he said 'no la!' hahaha.. so cute la! most of what we did got caught on camera. soo embarrassing. oh. my grp's name is moses. n our cheers dun require shouting so if we feel sian the cheer will still sound gd.after tt we had campfire discussion. i dare say tt most of the ideas came frm me. felt great abt it. actually i dunno wat to do one. until ppl's ideas came then i tot of how to make it funny. hee. so happy. after tt we were supposed to play treasure hunt but it got delayed until quite late. so stellicia n sophia came up with lame but fun stuff to do while waiting. luckily zhe hao came. tink nigel's veri fond of him. :) he kip talking abt him as milo man n always veri excited when he came. anw.. min hai went missing. ive realised halfway thru the camp tt he was kidnapped! by the prog ics of cos. cos i rmb seeing the poster 4 the treasure hunt saying 'hostage rescue'. yi sin veri pro. her eyes super small but its always her hu finds the clues. there were some prob with the clues. but overall it was fun. more running here again. my legs were dying then. at the last station we had to carry min hai frm the music room to the audi. tt's y i said luckily he came. he carried mh alone up 2 flights of stairs. n we came in 3rd. quite gd. the grp leaders veri poor thing. they werent allowed to leave the dark, cold rm to the toilets. so they had to hold it till we came. camp comm meeting ended at 1plus.to be continued.. later. cos veri tired now.
